Simpson Tower Re-Clad, 401 Bay Street Toronto

The Simpson Tower re-clad project involved the complete building envelope replacement of a 33-story tower at 401 Bay Street in downtown Toronto. The work was completed while existing tenants maintained occupancy, with extreme urban site access restrictions and a 10,000 square foot engineered staging platform constructed on the roof of the neighboring Hudson’s Bay store.
